With a strong focus on realistically achievable ideas for improving presentation and building usage, it drove his transition from retail to libraries, resulting in invitations to deliver onsite workshops in 16 countries.
Two decades and over 2,000 consultations later, Rethink-2 showcases advice that has delivered the greatest impact and importantly, couples this with building blocks for the future.
